Before you decide.
Do I need to be technical?
You need to be willing to build. If you can follow a numbered list and connect an app in Make, you can do this. The blueprints specify every module; they do not assume you can code. The coding prompts are there for technical work — they are not required to use the rest.
Which AI tools does this work with?
All of them. The prompts are model-agnostic and each carries a recommended tier rather than a hard-coded model name, so they keep working as models change. The workflows use whatever LLM API you have connected to Make or n8n.
Do I need paid Notion, Make, or an API key?
Notion’s free plan is enough for the OS. Make and n8n both have free tiers that cover low volumes, and n8n can be self-hosted. You will need an LLM API key for the workflows — expect single-digit to low double-digit monthly cost at small-business volumes, and the OS tracks it for you.
Is this just ChatGPT output?
The system architecture, the constraint design, the failure modes and the governance layer come from how these builds actually break in production. The value is not that text exists — it is that the constraints and the human gates are in the right places.
Will the 15 hours apply to me?
It depends entirely on your volumes. The table above shows the arithmetic and the assumptions, and the OS includes the calculator so you can run your own numbers before you build. If your volumes are low, the audit will tell you to automate less — and that is the honest answer.
