The first week

FAQ
Do I need to be technical?
You need to be willing to build. If you can follow a numbered list and connect an app in Make, you can do this. The blueprints specify every module; they do not assume you can code.
Which AI tools does this work with?
All of them. The prompts are model-agnostic and each carries a recommended tier rather than a hard-coded model name, so they keep working as models change.
Do I need paid Notion, Make or an API key?
Notion's free plan is enough for the OS. Make and n8n both have free tiers that cover low volumes; n8n can be self-hosted. You will need an LLM API key for the workflows — expect single-digit to low double-digit monthly cost at small-business volumes, and the OS tracks it for you.
Will the 15 hours apply to me?
It depends entirely on your volumes. The table above shows the arithmetic and the assumptions; the OS includes the calculator so you can run your own numbers before you build. If your volumes are low, the audit will tell you to automate less — and that is the honest answer.
Can I use this with clients?
